Requirements
Phone number in the target iPhone or IMEI. ONLY one of the two is needed. No icloud information is needed or physical access to the target iPhone at all.

License duration
If the phone number of the target iPhone is used for the spy app, you will stop having access ANYTIME the phone number is changed to another number. You will still have access to the new iPhone if the phone is changed but same phone number used.
If IMEI of the target iPhone is used, the spy app license automatically expires ANYTIME the target changes the phone with the used IMEI to another phone.
