We offer refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. The spy app will be confirmed in relation to your complaint for refund and if the spy app is working perfectly you won’t be entitled to a refund. If the spy app disconnects because the target phone number is changed, you won’t be entitled to a refund
